Ice Cream Brownie Cake!

Sometimes things don't go as planned! I made the brownies according to the package, cooled. But they crumbled, so no layering with the ice cream! So I mixed the ice cream and brownies together. I lined a pan with parchment paper and poured the mix into the pan. Then I put it in the freezer for multiple hours. Then I moved it to a plate and poured the melted fudge topping on top. There was too much fudge and as I took some off the cake, it began to melt. So I stopped and moved the cake into the freezer.
Taste = Excellent! Looks = Failure
Maybe next time! Oh and maybe I should not have made this in when the heat index was 95-100 degrees!

Hibiscus Flower

I visited my favorite plant store today. Anytime I want to get a workout, be outside, and look at cool flowers - I go to Bordines! So I bought a Hibiscus plant for the front of the house. Today I learned that the Hibiscus comes in a flower, bush, and tree format! Crazy! I bought the flower and we will see how it does :) So excited!
